We find great stories. Secure the rights. Develop & package them on spec. No upfront costs.

JC Productions focuses on the early acquisition, development, adaptation, and packaging of exceptional intellectual property and true stories for film and television.

We collaborate with writers, producers, directors, talent, rights holders, and other industry professionals through project-specific arrangements that may include contingent/deferred compensation and equity participation, aligning interests with the project's success.

From securing underlying rights and developing adaptations to writing spec screenplays, attaching talent, and strategically packaging projects, we advance material where it is positioned for studios, networks, streamers, producers, financiers, and distributors.

This allows strong material to move through meaningful development while minimizing upfront development costs and preserving resources for the next stage of production. The result is a lean, collaborative development model focused on creating significant value early.
